Customers are served by the BLUTAILOR atelier best positioned for their location, allowing us to provide a more convenient bespoke experience — from measurements and style consultations to fittings, alterations, production and delivery.

BLUTAILOR is a global bespoke menswear brand with tailoring ateliers strategically located across key markets. Instead of treating every international customer as a shipment from a single country, we use our atelier network to serve customers closer to where they live.

Our Milpitas atelier primarily serves customers throughout the United States and selected North American markets, providing bespoke suits, tuxedos, blazers and made-to-measure menswear.
Milan, Italy
Our Milan atelier primarily serves customers in Italy and surrounding European markets, bringing BLUTAILOR bespoke tailoring closer to customers in Europe.
Paris, France
Our Paris atelier primarily serves customers in France and surrounding European markets, supporting bespoke tailoring, fittings and alterations.
Hyderabad, India
Our Hyderabad atelier serves customers throughout India and selected South Asian and international markets.

For destinations outside our primary service regions, BLUTAILOR may assign an order to the atelier best suited to the customer's location, garment requirements, production capacity and delivery requirements.

Bespoke and made-to-measure garments require individual production time before dispatch. Shipping time is separate from tailoring and production time.

Once your garment has completed production and quality control, BLUTAILOR prepares it for dispatch using a reliable and trackable delivery service appropriate for your destination.
Typical delivery times after dispatch
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.
Customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays and circumstances outside BLUTAILOR's control may affect delivery times.

Promotional shipping offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

If tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact BLUTAILOR Customer Support so that our team can assist with the carrier investigation.
08 · DUTIES, VAT & IMPORT TAXES
International Duties, VAT & Import Taxes
Duties, VAT, GST and other import charges depend on the destination country and applicable local regulations.
Local Atelier Orders
Where an order is produced and delivered within the same supported region, there is generally no cross-border import process associated with that delivery.
For example, a customer in the United States may be served through the Milpitas, California atelier, while a customer in France may be served through the Paris atelier.
International Orders
Where an order crosses an international border, the applicable shipping arrangement may be either Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or Delivered At Place (DAP), depending on the destination and available service.
Where DDP is available, applicable duties and taxes may be handled as part of the delivery arrangement.
Under DAP or equivalent arrangements, the customer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes or other government charges.
The applicable shipping and tax terms will be communicated before checkout where available.

If your garment has a fitting issue reasonably attributable to a BLUTAILOR measurement, tailoring or construction issue, please contact us promptly after receiving your garment.
Depending on the circumstances, our team may resolve the issue through:
- Local alteration
- Additional fitting
- Remote alteration guidance
- Adjustment at the nearest BLUTAILOR atelier
- Remaking the garment where appropriate
The appropriate solution depends on the nature of the issue and the individual circumstances of the order.
13 · LOCAL ALTERATIONS
Local Bespoke Suit Alterations
One of the advantages of the BLUTAILOR global atelier network is the ability to provide local support where available.
Customers may be asked to visit the nearest suitable BLUTAILOR atelier for fitting or alteration when this is the most appropriate method of resolving a fit issue.

Wedding suits, tuxedos, sherwanis and other event garments require careful planning because production, fittings and alterations may involve multiple stages.
If you have a fixed wedding or event date, please provide the date to BLUTAILOR before placing your order whenever possible.
