4. Orders & Customization

An order becomes confirmed only after BLUTAILOR has received the required payment and, where applicable, the customer's measurements, design specifications, fabric selection and other necessary order information.

Custom Orders

Custom-made and bespoke garments are produced specifically for the individual customer. Once production has commenced, changes to measurements, fabric, design, construction, style or other specifications may not be possible.

Any requested change after production has started will be subject to BLUTAILOR's assessment, feasibility and any additional applicable charges.

Order Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their order information before production begins, including measurements, garment specifications, fabric selection, colour, design preferences, delivery details and contact information.

5. Measurements & Fittings

Accurate measurements are essential for bespoke and made-to-measure garments. BLUTAILOR may obtain measurements through an in-store consultation, professional fitting, approved measurement process, remote consultation or other measurement method offered by BLUTAILOR.

Where a customer independently supplies measurements, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the information supplied is accurate.

BLUTAILOR will make reasonable efforts to achieve the agreed fit based on the measurements and specifications available to us. Fit preferences may vary between customers and are not always objectively measurable.

Where an alteration or fitting adjustment is reasonably required, BLUTAILOR may offer an alteration service subject to the applicable product, location and feasibility.

6. Pricing & Payments

Product and service prices are displayed on the applicable BLUTAILOR website, quotation, invoice or sales channel.

Prices may vary depending on fabric, garment construction, customization, location, taxes, duties, shipping and other applicable factors.

• Full payment may be required before production begins.
• Some services may require an advance or deposit before work begins.
• Additional customization or alteration charges may apply where communicated to the customer.
• Taxes, duties, import charges or other government-imposed fees may apply depending on destination.

BLUTAILOR reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where a material pricing, product, payment or system error has occurred, or where an order is reasonably suspected to involve fraud or unauthorized payment activity.

7. Production & Craftsmanship

BLUTAILOR garments are produced according to the specifications confirmed for each individual order.

Production timelines depend on garment type, customization, fabric availability, measurement requirements, fitting requirements, production capacity, location and other operational factors.

Customers acknowledge that bespoke tailoring is a craftsmanship-based process and that reasonable variations may occur between individual garments.

BLUTAILOR may substitute a fabric, component or production material only where necessary and, where the substitution materially affects the agreed product, subject to appropriate customer communication.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery conditions are described in the BLUTAILOR Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may vary depending on production timelines, courier availability, destination, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, regulatory requirements and other circumstances outside BLUTAILOR's reasonable control.

BLUTAILOR is not responsible for delays caused by independent courier companies, customs authorities, government agencies or other third-party logistics providers.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be charged to the customer where applicable.

9. Returns, Alterations & Refunds

Custom-made and bespoke garments are generally non-refundable except where a return or refund is required by applicable law or where BLUTAILOR determines that a confirmed manufacturing defect has occurred.

Where an eligible fitting issue or manufacturing defect is identified, BLUTAILOR may assess the garment and, where appropriate, offer an alteration, remake, repair or other suitable resolution.

Ready-to-wear products, where offered, may be eligible for return or exchange subject to the applicable BLUTAILOR Returns Policy.

Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times and applicable laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property appearing on the BLUTAILOR website and official digital channels belongs to BLUTAILOR or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
